My cakes are all about precision and structure, with clean, crisply sweet flavours and a touch of adventure and abstract flair.
You won’t find me hitting Pinterest or recipe books for my inspirations, instead, my ideas tend to spark from unexpected places: architecture and fashion shows to browsing the supermarket or walking in the parks… you never know when you might have a bright idea! Textural elements, realistic sugar floristry and gold are my vices. Together or in their own right, they are the basis from which I create my cakes, and I love the versatility and opulence that they can provide.
