Probably earlier than you think, to be honest! As I only work on a select number of wedding cakes each year, I’m often booked up to a year in advance. If you know that your cake is going to be an important part of your day, then get in touch when you have a date fixed. Shorter notice bookings can be accommodated but as we all know popular dates do get booked up quickly so I can’t make any guarantees.
I am based in Surrey and therefore the majority of my deliveries are in Surrey, London, and the surrounding Home Counties. Once I’m onsite, setting can take anywhere from 30mins up to 1.5 hrs for larger cakes. Delivery cost is charged at 50p a mile for a return journey plus £15 per hour for travel time. This will be included in your quote as well as London congestion charges where required.
That all depends on when you plan to serve the cake. If the cake is the main dessert as part of the meal then you would require a dessert portion (1”x2”x3”). In this instance you would cater for 100% of your guest count. If your cake is being served after dinner alongside tea and coffee as a buffet then you would require a coffee size portion (1”x1”x3”). In this instance you would cater for approximately 80% of your guest count.

Tasting boxes will contain 6 flavours chosen by me that range from crowd pleasers to something a little bit more unusual. The delicious flavours in my standard sample boxes are: chocolate and sea salted caramel, white chocolate and strawberry, lemon and blueberry, coconut lime and passionfruit, carrot and orange and pistachio and raspberry. Once you’ve tried these samples we can adjust flavour levels, mix and match combinations until you are happy with your flavour choice. If you’d like a particular flavour that isn’t detailed above eg red velvet or cherry and chocolate, I can send you out a larger sample for £20 inc postage per flavour. I most certainly do! My most popular favour is a beautiful custom cookie. I offer regular and eggless sugar cookies which can be designed in line with your cake scheme. Cookies start at £3 each and come in a clear sealed bag. We can discuss options for favours during our design consultation, but please let me know on the enquiry form if you think you might like to include favours as part of your quotation.
Yes I do offer cakes to suit specific dietary requirements. However please note that I do not work in an allergen free kitchen and therefore cannot guarantee that your cake will be free from trace allergens.

Yes! I have a range of beautiful cake stands that can be hired for a period of 1 week. Each stand has a hire charge of £20. A damage deposit of £100 is an additional charge, which is refunded upon safe return of the stand within 1 week of the event date.
